1. Subject
1.1. The conditions listed below govern participation in the “Architecture Portals Survey” competition. The organizer of the competition is Franz KALDEWEI GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as “KALDEWEI”), Beckumer Str. 33-35, 59229 Ahlen, Germany.
1.2. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation listed below.
2. Conditions of participation
2.1. The “Architecture Portals Survey” competition will take place in the campaign period from 14.07.2022 00:00 (CET) to 15.08.2022 24:00 (CET) by means of a survey with Office 365 Forms.
2.2. All adults are eligible to participate. Participation is only permitted if the full and true identity of the participant is given.
2.3. KALDEWEI employees and their families are not eligible to participate. In addition, Managing directors and employees of other companies or persons associated with the competition are excluded from participation.
2.4. In order to participate correctly in the “Architecture Portals Survey” competition, the questionnaire and then the participation form must be completed in full.
2.5. The closing date for entries is 24:00 (CET) on 15.08.2022.
2.6. In the event of winning, KALDEWEI reserves the right to check the correctness of the data provided by contacting the person. KALDEWEI will exclude participants who provide incorrect information or if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation. If a winner is excluded, a new winner will be determined and named.
3. Processing and prizes
3.1. Correct participation within the entire competition period is sufficient to take part in the draw for the main prizes. After the entry deadline, KALDEWEI will select one main winner at random from all correct entries.
3.2. Each winner will be notified by email by 17.08.2022 to the address provided. If the winner does not respond within two weeks, KALDEWEI reserves the right to draw a new winner.
3.3. The following non-cash prizes will be raffled among all participants:
1x KALDEWEI Nueva washbowl in the available desired CCC colour including installation accessories. There is no claim if the desired colour cannot be delivered.
10x Architect surprise sets.
3.4. The main prize is shown in the questionnaire and on the KALDEWEI website.
3.5. A payment of the value of the non-cash prize in cash, an exchange or a transfer of the non-cash prize is not possible. The participant can waive the non-cash prize. Any entitlements to prizes are non-transferrable.
3.6. The non-cash prizes will be sent by KALDEWEI or a third party commissioned by KALDEWEI by freight forwarder, parcel service or post to the address provided. The risk of deterioration and accidental loss passes to the winner when the item is handed over to the shipping personnel. KALDEWEI has no influence on delays caused by the shipping company. This does not constitute a reason for complaint. In the event that delivery is made via a forwarding company, the forwarding company will contact the winner to arrange a delivery date.
4. Early termination and modification of the terms and conditions
4.1. KALDEWEI reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice or justification, for example for technical or legal reasons.
4.2. KALDEWEI reserves the right to make changes or additions to the conditions of participation or the competition period at any time, provided that the participant is not unreasonably disadvantaged by this in breach of good faith. Changes or additions to these conditions of participation shall be announced in text form.
5. Liability
5.1. To the extent permitted by law, KALDEWEI assumes no liability for errors or typographical errors or for any damage that may arise in connection with the provision and use of non-cash prizes, unless these are attributable to intent or gross negligence on the part of KALDEWEI. This also applies to the personal liability of representatives and vicarious agents of KALDEWEI.
6. Final provisions
6.1. There is no right of legal appeal.
6.2. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
Notes on data protection
KALDEWEI will process your transmitted data as part of the competition: Salutation, first name, last name, address, target group affiliation and email address. These data are stored and processed exclusively for the implementation and processing of the competition. Your data will only be stored and processed further if you wish to receive the KALDEWEI newsletter. The legal basis for the processing is the processing and implementation of the competition contract in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 S. lit. b GDPR.
