This year guests will be impressed by the dynamic design of the new stand whose curving architecture is reminiscent of the Elbphilharmonie building in Hamburg. Visitors can immerse themselves in five different themed zones that run together through the heart of the stand – the KALDEWEI Forum –this culminates in a multisensory, digital experiential zone. With these five themes, KALDEWEI is presenting itself as a leading pioneer in the areas of digitalisation, sustainability, modern bathroom solutions, materiality and international partnerships, particularly global project business.
Arndt Papenfuss, Director Marketing at KALDEWEI says: “This year we have created a very special forum for our guests which invites them to enter into dialogue and encourages our partners to interactively experience our trade fair themes and try out our many new digital services.”
1. Digital pioneer
Providing optimum support for market partners is at the heart of KALDEWEI’s digital services. No matter whether at home on the sofa, in a planner’s office or on a building site: KALDEWEI makes life easier for all of its partners and provides consistent, user-oriented support. At ISH, visitors have a chance to personally experience the diverse choices available to them with regard to inspiration, planning, costing, delivery and installation. Services can be tested at digital columns and on smartphones. A “digital twin” links the real product with a breathtaking multi-dimensional visualisation of the specific product advantages.
2. Sustainable bathroom solutions and WWF partnership
In the second themed zone KALDEWEI demonstrates how important sustainability and environmental protection are to KALDEWEI, and the contribution that KALDEWEI bathroom solutions made of steel enamel are making to eco-friendly, climate-neutral building. KALDEWEI’s partnership with the WWF is central to a high-end 3D visualisation where KALDEWEI employs virtual reality to let its visitors immerse themselves in the unique underwater world of the ocean, and informs them first-hand about the cooperation project.
3. New shower solutions
The third zone features new and innovative bathroom solutions made of KALDEWEI steel enamel. The focus is on the new colours, surfaces, designer waste covers and dimensions of the enamelled Nexsys shower surface, which is now available in around 5,000 permutations for modern shower area design. In addition, at ISH KALDEWEI will be introducing custom extensions, ultra-flat waste fittings and persuasive solutions for easy installation, amply demonstrating its leadership as an innovator in the area of floor-level showers. Over 100,000 options are now available to bathroom planners with an enamelled KALDEWEI shower surface.
4. International partnerships
As a respected partner for project business, KALDEWEI’s portfolio of enamelled showers, washbasins and baths offers perfectly matching bathroom solutions to meet specific country and target-group needs. In the fourth themed zone, KALDEWEI highlights its concentrated expertise in international project business on the basis of selected best practice examples and references. Current examples such as the Cayono “drop-in” bath and the Cayonoplan shower whose dimensions are specified in imperial measures for the US market, reveal the great flexibility with which KALDEWEI responds to the needs and requirements of international markets.
